The Hallelujah Diet Book

The scripture of the day is – Revelations 19:6 – Then I heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like loud peals of thunder, shouting: “Hallelujah! For our Lord God Almighty reigns.
I wanted to tell you about an amazing book I’m reading called, “The Hallelujah Diet” by George Malkmus with Peter & Stowe Shockey. This is a diet book that ties biblical scriptures together with eating and living the right way so you can maximize your life. Here are some of the reasons why I love the book:
- It uses the word of God to lay the foundation for you to start changing your thinking about food and how to eat.
- There are common diseases in the book that people struggle with every day and it gives testimonies from people that overcame those diseases using this diet book.
